This article includes lots of details but it's mostly from researchers. Something that stood out to me and shocked me is that red and orange light doesn't affect you , because your brain thinks the day is just ending. This shows me that your brain is very smart but can be tricked very easily.
This article doesn't change my way of thinking at all because I do not care how many hours I sleep. I still can get up and do what I have to do no matter how much I sleep. It is not really that important to me but maybe it is to my close friends and family. Before I read this I thought that it could affect you anyway but not sleep maybe the way your brain thinks
This article makes me think about a lot of things. This makes me think about if my phone has ever hurt my sleep. I could find out the correct answer if I do an experiment before I go to bed using my phone. Or I could have my brother try it too and get a positive answer to the experiment. I'm sure every one would want to find out the answer.
